They were joined by PIPSEA Felix Cabuguas,rMiss Mercy Locsin and Director Vizur-Ty Gaitano, CSC Guimaras Field Office Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The officers are set to review last year&#8217;s Action Plan, prepare a new one for this year as well as formulate a budget for the 2024 projects, programs and activities.
