Retirement Claim

Forty percent of the members’ monthly dues is set aside to be returned to them on retirement as savings. The retirement claim also marks the end of AIPGE membership due to transfer / resignation and retirement.

Guidelines

Members must apply to claim 40% of their total Monthly Dues within 1 year of date of retirement or separation from the Iloilo Provincial Government. They have 1 year to claim said retirement so as not to forfeit their claim.

Requirements

• Retirement Claim Form (1 copy) signed by AIPGE member and their Administrative Officer or Head of Office.
• Identification Card of retiree upon claiming his/her retirement.
• The application shall be evaluated by the Membership Committee and the HRMDO and claim is computed by the AIPGE Treasurer, and finally approved by the AIPGE President prior to its release.
