Mission

To build a dynamic and united employees association as an actual development
partner of the Iloilo Provincial Government through transparency and good
governance.

Vision

An association committed to improve the welfare and quality of life of its members
in an open and democratic manner of governance with high level of loyalty,
integrity and professionalism by safeguarding its rights and warranting excellent
and productive performance in service.

Objectives

• To unite all employees of the Iloilo Provincial Government into a strong
  association for their mutual aid and protection.
• To promote and protect the rights of employees to self-organization,
  security of tenure, peaceful and concerted activities and negotiations,
  humane condition of work, adequate compensation and as instrument in
  ensuring redress of their legitimate grievances.
• To pursue such lawful activities that will develop and promote the moral,
  intellectual, cultural, and economic well-being of members.
