Employees of the Iloilo Provincial Government may soon receive a Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) incentive following the official signing of CNA between the Association of Iloilo Provincial Government Employees (AIPGE) and the provincial government today.
The CNA incentive serves as a recognition of the collective efforts by AIPGE members in meeting performance goals and contributing to cost-effective solutions in government operations.
The agreement was formalized by Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr., AIPGE President Ma. Airis Penetrante, and Atty. Renee “Coy” Valencia, head of the Provincial Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), with other AIPGE officers present.
“This agreement opens the door for our employees to receive CNA incentive,” Penetrante shared, emphasizing that the final amount will depend on the provincial government’s savings. She added that AIPGE is working hard to ensure every eligible employee can receive the maximum incentive.
